I didn't know you were suppose to dissolve H2 blockers and I've taken two straight and felt some burning in chest could this hurt my gerd even worse? Why would my dr or pharm not tell me to dissolve them!

I've also had a lot of throat problems could this cause esophagitis?

Check the directions on the package. I've never heard of dissolving H2 blockers....

I called the pharm and they said some types you can dissolve but mine you don't. I took a PPI for 3-4 days and it was amazing but gave me some back pain and urination problems. Could you rebound after less than a week? Just feels like fire in my stomach and throat.

I went a day without taking the PPI and nothing like this happened. The pharmacy said the H2 would cause burning cause that's what it's meant to help.
