Help!

I suffer with acid reflux with I believe is a little worst than they say. I've been on nexuim and protonix they both cause very bad headaches and dizziness, I currently just take zantac and maloxx and it kinda help, but every single morning I wake up I'm very nauseous. I keep burping and feeling full, even if I don't eat at all. My GI Dr think its OK but my anxiety sets in and I panic, making me feel like its heart related, I've had stress test and a hooter monitor, currently, anyone else with these symptoms?

Low magnesium can worsen anxiety. Taking a supplement will not really help since PPIs inhibit the absorption of magnesium, calcium and iron, since stomach acid normally frees these minerals from anions they are bound to. A chelated mineral supplement is somewhat helpful, but getting of the drugs is better.
