2husker, someone might be able to answer but we aren't doctors, and most of the people on here are dealing with LPR and GERD related probs, so might not be able to give you any information.
Pancreatitis is incredibly painful, so are gall stone attacks (speaking from experience). Both weight and alcohol consumption can have an impact on lipase and trigliceryde levels. Some medications can also have an effect because they can contribute to fatty liver. By itself, its not a huge problem, but it still needs to be deal with, usually by diet changes. You should ask your doctors about what is causing it to be high.
