Reactive Gastropathy - Is a full recovery possible?

Hello, everyone.

I had an endoscopy biopsy which revealed "reactive gastropathy" in the antrum. The endoscopy looked good on exam in the stomach and all the other regions the gastroenterologist checked. I have always had a very perfect and normal stomach, until a bad incident with doxycycline (antibiotic) and it's been five months off the antibiotic. I am doing better, but nowhere near normal.

I wonder if it is even possible to fully, 100 percent heal from this so much that a repeat biopsy would be clean?e
