Dr. Norm
I have had this 'stuff' for 2 years and I have noticed that whenever I am going to have a flare-up in my chest, the usual symptoms....I start having gas (flatuence). I mentioned this to my digestive doctor and got the blank stare. I know it is connected because it happens every time. What is the significance of this? When I get the belching, chest pain, regurgiating, etc.... under control, then the gas disappears as well. I have always known my problem started due to antibiotics. I know it is all connected, I just don't know how to stop it. Oh...and another way I know I am going to flare up is when my mouth starts making all this saliva....more than usual. That is another sign. Do you have thoughts as to why this is connected and even better ....will your low carb ideas help me?
P.S. I also have muscular pain on my left side...the doctor thinks it is a disc problem but I have to wonder if it could be gerd related since they both started at the same time?
