hello. the rule of thumb. is slow and easy. or pain lots of it. at about ,3 months out, is when i started to reintroduce, different foods into my diet. your stomach at your present state, is still not a happy camper. now the trick in reintroduction, is a little at a time. you eat a little salad, i mean 3 bites, and you wait an hour to see how you do. if it works add a little more. if not shelf it, and try again a week latter. it took me almost a month, with red wine, now not an issue. certain foods may never work again. 15 months latter, steak is a no no, and i may never be able, to eat it again. but on the other hand, chocolate no problem. you will have to find your new normal, just do it slowly, and carefully.
