Are you sure it's not heart-related? You'd need a Holter monitor to catch it if it's not going on when you see the cardiologist. That doesn't always work either. Since the recording is sent by cell phone signal, and I'm in a dead area, I was always told nothing happened and I was fine, until I had a heart attack.
Burping is one way to give yourself a Valsalva Maneuver. Look that up. I used to try to force up a burp until I found I was having supraventricular tachycardia triggered by specific food triggers. It went away when I learned to avoid those foods.
Check your pulse when you get the next "butterfly."
