My name is ravi i'm an indian. i want to share my recovery from 5 months of hell suffering from GERD
i don't know how,when and ****ing why this has been started but i have been suffered a lot with in the age of 25 only.
i had acid reflux since from 2 years but it was an occasional heartburn only triggered when smoked or drinked
but suddenly it has become chronic tried h2 blockers ,baking soda,water,what not every thing
then i went to a doctor he tested my gutt with endoscopy then i have been diagnoised as GERD
the pain comes to the throat,back and stomach cramps ,in 3 months i have been hospitalised 2 times,they provided me only h2 blockers like nexium
****ing irritated with this one i have started searching about
GERD,leaky gut,acid reflux and understanding the digestive system what our indians does in our ancesstors days to live healthy
how the ayurveda has the effect on this and how yoga and meditation helps to this problem
initially i have started paleo diet by eliminating grains,legumes,dairy and gulten it went well but i have lost five kgs in one month,i had give up this because i dont want this
i have searched searched a lot and find a diet which includes healthy fats,low and useful carbs high fiber protien for muscle building
i have make my meals into 6 times and this was as follows
1)oat meal + 3 egg whites
2)6 sweet potatoes
3)rice + one cooked vegetable with cocunut oil,ghee, ginger garlic paste
this is for 3 days and another 3 days i will go for chicken breast
4)chia seeds + hemp seeds + flax seeds(each one 3 tea spoons)
05)papaya+apple +cocumber salad + watermelon/prmogranate jice
06)rice + any steamed vegetable
this is for 6 days and i have gone saturday with the complete fruit diet
and taking digestive enzyme with each meal
every day workouts in gym before sunrise(explain later why)
and i have followed the water diet,relaxation techniques,meditation techniques,yoga which helped me that i will post later in another session
i want to created a blog regarding this and in youtube channel depends on the response
i have read many Sucessful stories in this blog , all were saying that my symptoms were gone
Remember one thing recovery is not stopping the symptoms ,recovery means you should go back to your life and enjoy your normal sleeping,food,cofee,whine what ever you want
