aajohn. Real familiar, both the symptoms and lack of control. Great to see there is nothing serious wrong. Doesn't keep us from worrying doe sit.
This is a downward spiral that may or may not start from injury on illness, stress leads to lack of sleep, which reduces our ability to control our stress, we dont exercise so we have even less energy. Then we sensitize, to everything. Cant explain the palpitations but mine have come and gone for 25 years.
This is a reflux forum but his self perpetuating cycle has to be addressed at every point in the cycle.
First, the reflux. Here is an article I recently quoted at a national conference. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26227494. Its the first long term study on reflux control. Its as simple as abdominal breathing often. Which happens to be the same exercise recommneded for.....

5) sleep enhancement. Look up tips for this and follow them. A few good nights sleep may be the quickest way to you seeing how quickly to reduce your symptoms and give you more energy.
6) they are sensations really, more than symptoms. but nothing appears to be wrong from all the testing you have had done.
7) no crazy execise, just walk, with your favorite music.
thats too long a list.
