GERD and chronic PVCs

tons of pvc's returned .....awful feeling....need feedback...
went from 40 mg aciphex to 20...md said I was on too high a dose before....real bad ectopics....help

We aren't medical professionals on this Forum, and I'm not familiar with aciphex or its suggested dosages. You shouldn't mess around with anything heart-related - call your cardiologist and see if he can suggest another PPI that may work better with your pre-existing heart condition. It's also important to try and get anxiety under control because it can cause/make your symptoms seem a lot worse. I feel for you, I suffered from SVT and went to the hospital with a heart rate of 220 bpm at rest.

thanks for the reply....my cardiologist did not seem to have any input on the PPI one way or the other....passed me off to my Primary Care Provider, who recomended the lower dose to start with...so figure, but thanks for the reply.
