Someone please help with these horrible symptoms

My story

Started in november last year
Symptoms

.heavy chest
.shortness of beath
.burning stomach
.no heartburn

Was given omeprazole and ranitidine and sent away
Come mid december i got the worst heartburn i experianced in my life
Felt like i was having a heart attack
Was changed to lanzoprazole and kept my ranitidine
With in a few weeks the heartburn went away
Still carried on with the lanzoprazole and ranitidine as adviced by doctors

As the next month went on i started getting
.pains in muscles
.muscle tightness
.brain fog
.headaches
.food sensitivities milk/wheat/nuts/soy
.weakness
.poor memory/balance
.muscle twitching
.weight loss
.sinus infection
.numb face/arms/legs
.fatigue
.anxiety/depression
.shortness of breath
.sore gums
.chest pain
.teeth feel weird
.chills/shaking
.muscle jerking
.felt jittery
.heart palps
.back pain
.neck pain
.muscle stiffness
.spaced out feeling (constantly)
.gas bloating nausea burping
.white tongue sore tongue
.no appetite

Been to the doctors many of times to be told its all in my head
Been put on citalopram

Stopped the lanzoprazole 3 weeks ago went through what felt like i was dying
Bad heart palps extreme brain fog shortness of breath got worse dry throat and mouth sore tongue. Muscle pains got worse lasted 3-5 days

All my symptoms have eased abit but not gone
Still have

.brain fog
.food sensitives
.gas bloating burping
.dry mouth/throat
.spaced out feeling (all day)
.chills/shaking
.hot/cold
.headaches
.numbness in face/lips/arms/legs
.itching
.pins and needles
.neck/back pain
.dry eyes
.joint pain
.weakness
.blurry vision
.sinus pressure
.white tongue spots on tongue
.cold hands and feet
.anxiety/depression
.tiredness
.heart palps/ irregular heart beat slow/fast
.chest pain

But still i have no heartburn
I have cut my ranitidine down but half and slowly weaning my self of it
Ive had ph study done and got an endoscopy booked for this week
Im hoping that they find something and help me get back to my normal self
Just to add i have lost 7 stone since all this started

My own self diagnosis is i could possibly have a leaky gut and systemic candida

Please anyone else with these symptoms or am i the only 1?

Do the test necessary. Our mind is powerful, so much so that I think it creates symptoms to somehow protect us. I went through bad time with anxiety and Panic Disorder. I couldnt walk, thought I was having heart attack, felt space out. I was overanalyzing everything. It was a struggle, doctors coulddnt help me. I had thoughts of suicide. I felt unwell. What I recommend is
1) Go to doctors for reassurance just to keep u r mind at peace but try to do less and less
2) Eat healthy
3) run or walk everyday at least 30 minutes
4) Distract u r mind whenever possible
5) Rest
6) Volunteer. Keep u r mind away from body
7) we want desensentize u r body. So when u feel ok, try to experience those symptoms head on and reduce there power. Once the symptom is gone dont focus on it or bring it back.

Try to look at u r past days. You were not doing great but now u are. Try to be outside of the body observant of your past. I hope it makes sense! You are ok.
