Low body temperature and chills after nissan surgery

Hello all, I've been reading all of the posts before and after my surgery and it's been very helpful. Thanks for all of the great advice. It's been almost two weeks since my surgery and I've noticed in the last two days I get slight chills and can't warm up. I just took my temperature and it was 96.9. Is this just my body's way of conserving energy or possibly something else? Has anyone else experienced this? I'm thinking I should call my Doctor to be on the safe side.

No, I don't have any dizziness. I did call my nurse and she didn't seem too worried about it. Was more inclined to think a high temperature would be cause for concern.
