Does anyone have any good recommendations on a wedge pillow?
I looked on Amazon but they seem quite expensive. Are there any cheaper?

We didn't find the wedge really helpful. We found that raising the head of the bed much better. Get a couple of masonry blocks and someone help lift the head of the bed up and place the blocks under it. You can use just about
anything to raise it up. Your partner will get use to it too.

I found a wedge pillow very uncomfortable. I did better experimenting with a combination of large and small, soft and hard pillows.
A type of bed that raises the head end would be nice, but expensive.

I feel that the idea is for the whole bed to be at an angle. Just bending at the hip area doesn't do it. The doc told us that and the blocks were picked up from a neighbor that were in his back yard-- so no expense. He also said this position was more normal then pressure on the hipbone. It gives us relief. Be well!
