*UNDiagnosed GERD, ph test july and mam
* 28 yrs old 5'8 130 pounds was 150 b4 this
-Moms had gerd since 30
-I got it after being on 60mg ritalin and a large dose of cofffee and working out up to december 6th.
So basically, I failed on numerous PPIS (gastro labeled me as fail) My endo showed signs of acid but the stomach/duodenum and esophagus were negative for any eso (immune responses) He said you are getting reflux with no damage.
Am on Ranaitidine 2 times a day no relief just protection
* Carafate 2 times a day
*DGL 3 or 4 times a day and gaviscon tabs no relief
*Slippery elm 2 times a day the drink

*melons,papaya,bananas
*Cabbage,Spinache,Kidney beans,quinoa,dried peas,Celery, Cucumber, carros, alfalfa, crapake mushrooms, brown rice
*Brown rice vermicelli and all gran pastas gluten free
*1 Avocado a day (want 2 but I dont)
*Tofu
*Soy Milk
*Manuke Honey/Organic honey/Black Strap Molasses small amounts daily
**Used to have prunes to keep me more regular but read those were bad....***
*Vegan Protein Powder
*Olive Oil/Sea Salt/Vegan Butters
*What am I doing wrong my diet is so bland compared to my old days. I want more choices and I just am so confused
*Anyone have any diet recommendations/books that worked for them
*What did you do to get better
-I am trying to get 4 small meals a day but I am having a hard time figuring out the scheduling. And when to drink liquids. Frustrating.
-Trying to do 30 min walks 3 times a day with a bag of 5 pounds on my back (lost alot of muscle due to atrophy from doing nothing much since December when this began.
-Hard time gaining weight now
-On a vegan diet with soy/almond milk
(not sure what I can eat very confused. Just eating beans/vegis/bananas melons no garlic onions tomatoes or high ph foods.I eat 5ph and up. Using alaklife drops for water when I drink.
Would love help I have a brain injury so sorry if it is hard to understand me. I have a very low budget so any free help is best. I am unemployed and wife is helping me. She mainly posts here cause I cannot.

**Doin grocery today, same old. I would have fish but that causes acid on me.... I can handle chicken and beef but I am in hopes vegan will solve this..
***Also*** I was prescribed medical marijuana years back for ptsd and such but stopped in dec due to fears of cancer from gerd/making it worse. Anyone have experience with this?
