Maybe you need to take smaller sips because only a small portion of the liquids can make it past the wrap at a time? It's hard to change previous liquid drinking habits, but maybe try hard to sip things. Or alternate between sips of liquid and soft foods (which you said didn't cause any problems).
Some people do continue having swallowing problems long-term (hence why a lot of people lose weight at first),
but it is way to early to tell for you. I had a lot of trouble swallowing my first 3 days, but then even at just 3 weeks, swallowing felt only slightly different than pre-op, and at 5 weeks onward (it has been ~11 weeks now), it feels no different than it did before the surgery. I have no difficulty swallowing anything now in any way despite the difficulty I had in the first week.
Just give it a while, use this time to relax. It isn't often that we get long periods like this where we aren't expected to do anything. Watch some birds from the window, rematch movies from your childhood, go through old photos, etc. As someone who had the surgery 2.5 months ago on May 4th, trust me when I say you'll want to take advantage of it - you don't want to spend this time being anxious and worrying.
