LPR, what do you think about this theory?

Hi. A new member here. (Or at least new about posting here).

Just a quick introduction:
I am 35 years old and i come from Slovenia. I have been suffering from LPR for five years. My symptoms are sore throat, swollen and enlarged uvula, throat tightness and most disabling-constant air hunger.
It all last throughout all day. My quality of life has severely diminished.

I will tell you what i just read in some articles (german and american) and what worries me the most.
It all started in 2012 just after i had a flu. I am a member of two support groups on facebook, where many people also reported their's started too after upper respiratory infection.
I made a research and found it can be another condition, that mimics LPR, that is LSN.
Hovewer, since i am very inflammed and dont have cough or tickling sensation, i am very sure it is LPR.

I read that the problem in lpr is more in UES than in LES. So it might be a nerve damage after all. I am afraid that in medical field not much is known about UES, attention is more in LES. The arcticles claim that many people have occasional reflux( coffe, late meals,overeating), but they have no problems because esophagus has protection against reflux material ( aerosol pepsin or bile salts in this case), while ENT areas have no such defence.

Thats why i think something went wrong with our UES. What do you guys thinks about that?

Wow, I just literally posted a theory that Vagus nerve damage may be responsible for some of the LPR symptoms. I got my LPR few month after horrible coughing fits. Lookup my handle and check my other post.
