Yes, The anxiety part is hard, doctors don't understand, but you can get past this.
I also get aloe leaves from the grocery store, and scoop out the gel and mix it with any liquid.

Don't worry, you can get better. I lost 35lbs once from being unable/afraid to eat, now I can eat anything I want.
also bone broth is very helpful, plop some bones from the grocery into a crock pot overnight.
