I have a throat question....

I googled "how to heal throat scarring" because I had surgery about a month ago and haven't been able to sing since. I suspect it's from the tube being shoved down my throat. My high notes are totally shot and I need to audition for Juilliard by Dec1.

Google brought up GERD. I'm not thinking that's it but I want to be sure. If it is just tube-caused scarring how do I heal?? How long does it take??

I'm lightly (completely) panicked over here.

Listen my dear i did mine 2015 in April, my voice has never been the same, if i yell i cough, it is so messed up i carry halls in my bag all the time . My doc told me then that it will take a couple days. today i am still sitting with the same problem. i was worried that its going to cause throat cancer, but now that you have the same problem i am a bit relieved
Anyways people aren't the same.
Good luck hope you recover soon seeing that you sing as well.
