Burps gets stuck even after sip of water

Hi i m suren 33 years old. I ve been having acid reflux from 2014 Aug 30th. I ve been taking every PPI available Nexium 40mg, Pantodec, Vexso, Rebemac etc..

I under went 4 Endoscopy procedures, CT scan, Laporocopic procedure to identify what casue this. Basically my symtom is need to burp even after sip of water and when i eat every interval i need to burp, without burping i can't take my next piece.

But it some times it takes more than 1 or 2 min to relase the burp and i struggling until release it. After 24 Ph manometry Dr said i have hietas hernia and i need go through small surgery to stop acid coming up. In july 20 2017 they did procedure cl GERDX which less invasive they said. They said it's stapler procedure which stops acid coming to Esophagus But after that until today it's been worse, even though they stapler it, stomach acid still produce the same way and burping getting stuck issue is still remain the same and it's worse.I beleive Gas still pile up same way and since their is stapler now burps gets more stuck. Even PPI does not answer.

I changed My DR he advised me to go immidialtey another PH bravo 48 hour manometry. After what happend from stapler procedure i ma darn worried and scared to face any tests.

Please let me know what i shuold do and how i can get away from this disease.

patt thanks for your message. Yes i have finally going to go through the test find out what has gone wrong. I know with out checking current condition no one can come to conclusion.

You are correct after gone through terrible patch with this, honestly i m scared. Due to this i have lost about 60 pounds. My biggest worry is even though i eat i don't gain weight. I went through all the Blood tests to find out whether i have cancer, TSH, Hormone etc..tests find out whether i have any other major disease but all normal.

Do you know any way i can increase my weight. I m 5'8 i was 148 Pounds and now 97 pounds. This is another stress when all my friends and relatives won't beleive Acid reflux kill your weight like this.
