be very carful here, you could have learned, a very painful lesson. after my surgery, i was kept liquid, for a good 2 weeks, when i was advanced to soft, it came with little instruction. so not realizing, how far from ok, anyone is at this point. i had some soup, and some tuna, and a little guac. not even close to how much i could eat before. 20 min later, i was on the floor, it was then i realized vomiting, was not an option. 6 agonizing hours latter, it passed, and all was right, with the world again. go slow, introduce, old foods a little at a time. your system has to reset, and that will take, some time. some foods will work, and others will take a few tries. even quite a few tries, in some cases. but do not overeat. stay hydrated. you are at the beginning. heal, then seek carefully your new normal. [ gas and bloating will be with you for sometime]
