Number of Linx Procedures vs. Nissen

Does anyone know how many Linx procedures are done these days vs the Nissen? The Linx is supposed to be the greatest and latest but I cannot find any statistics.

One of the biggest draw backs to Linxs is that because of the metal beads, you will be unable to have diagnostic MRI's.

I have heard the new linx is made such that they can do an MRI by lowering the power on the machines.

I read something simiilar Danny but there is an alternative.....musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSK US), which has become a reliable alternative to MRI for some conditions....I have vowed to never have another MRI as long as I live....cant tolerate anything about that test so now with the Linx I dont have to smile

Well if you ever need an MRI in the future just look this up or mention to the doc for an alternative test.
