Not great...wish I had never had the Tif part done. I got all of the side effects that shouldn’t happen with a Tif.

are you experiencing any of this crap I'm still going thru?....its been 15 days now, and it is getting a little better finally but got this steady stream of yuck flowing up into my mouth and tastes exactly like the bitter metallic acid I had b4 the surgery, like for two years.....the doc absolutely confirmed it is not acid cuz I had the Linx magnets inserted and a big hernia repaired...I put a call in to him today asking how to minimize this....its making me so nauseous....a pill for that doesnt work and neither does the Tums, ugh....

Oh he said last week it's secretions moving around the repair trying to heal....but why is it coming back up my throat?

I am almost 5 months out, I am long past the initial healing phase.

Hi VirginiaGal, I saw your post and I have to have my hernia repaired, I live in DC and I am goi g to a surgeon in Lorton, VA for surgery. I was wondering if it’s the same doctor.
