hello everybody. im very new to this, but I was wondering if I have lpr? my symptoms started in mid July after I was eating, and all of sudden, I started have Globus feeling, and raw throat. I visited a gi doctor for a endoscopy, and they found very little irritation.wierd after the procedure, I was pretty much back to normal. fast forward to September, my throat felt raw, I have no other symptoms, accept a raw throat feeling, and maybe a slight sore throat. I just wondering if this could by lpr?

Your doctor would probably be the best to make that diagnosis. What are your symptoms?

yes, as of right now just, a raw throat feeling, and a slight sore throat. I'm looking forward to a Ent doc next week.

but yeah, basically my symptoms are very tolerable. on the flip side of the coin, I have read some horrible stories on here, about lpr. I try not to worry as much, but in the back of my mind I feel like I may have to go through some tuff times, but hopefully me being 21. I can bounce back quickly.

I agree with seeing a doctor for the diagnosis.

Also I like your attitude jwebb, I think you've got what it takes if the tough times do come. However, I believe that you can totally avoid the tough times, or at least mitigate them, if you start a food journal now. See which foods cause you the most irritation after you eat them and eliminate them from your diet. Best of luck!
