Chest pain 3 weeks after Nissen

The first two weeks were a breeze but now I get this ache in my chest that becomes intense right after I burp. I walked 6 kms this morning and my BP is normal. I have to take a smooth muscle relaxant (flouroglucinal) to make the pain stop so it leads me to think it's a spasm and likely the diaphragm. The surgery was a laparoscopic procedure and she did have to suture the diaphragm.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what the outcome has been?

You are right around the time in recovery for peak swelling of the wrap, so that could be the reason for your new symptoms, and it will subside. I would ask you doctor before taking any more muscle relaxants, because your symptoms should subside shortly.
