Poor sleep/terrible fatigue, headache with LPR

Hi all,
I'm dealing with possible gastroparesis and LPR--I have a phone consult tomorrow with a doc who seems very knowledgeable about it all.

Does anyone have great fatigue with the GERD/LPR? I think it must be from my body's great effort to digest...

Also, sleep seems different, trace-like and lighter...Maybe due to stomach not relaxed?

And...I NEVER used to get headaches, but now I do. With fogginess. Again, I'm sure it's 'normal' and tied to the digestion. Or lack thereof. I think about the vagus nerve, too...

I'm definitely not taking PPIs, or any other med. This fatigue is just from whatever is going on in my body.
