I did not get officially tested by a doctor or hospital because of COVID19 situation, they cancelled my appointment. So I just did a self test. First I tried eating with a bit of lemon on my food if it digest quicker (meaning if it does not get stuck). It was better. Then, I start eating food that has vinegar content on it like Kewpie Mayonnaise of any Mayo probably has vinegar. I mix this with wild Cod fish or wild Flounder . Then I was able eat those and seems to flow directly to the tummy. I can eat shrimp only if use with Shrimp Cocktail sauce ( as the sauce ingredients have vinegar).
I'm not sure if this is a Low Acid situation but when I eat something with Lemon and a little vinegar it seems to digest better. But, I cannot drink the Brags apple cider right now as this seems to be too strong. Squeeze of Lemon is fine. Also the pure Aloe juice is ok with me, drinking a cup early morning before food. I am eating small portion only for now because anything I ate if too much can upset my stomach. Also, i tried only little carbs. Bread and sweets seems to trigger a soar throat or cough with no end.
This happened to me in 2015 but I got better. I was taking PPI , Zantac, Pepcid for a while. Then I manage to wean myself. It was not easy but it took about
6 months for the weaning process. Then this happened again now. It could be triggered by the NSAIDS, cough meds and antibiotic? Then this new ordeal started. I also get anxious especially when the food just stays on my throat area.
