Hi there,
I hope anyone reading this is dealing well with their reflux symptoms and having a good day today!!
I have had a big flare up over the past few weeks with my LPR and am doing my best to get it under semi-control again. Along with all my usual symptoms (lump feeling in my throat, sore tongue...especially down the sides, the feeling like something is rubbing against the top of my tongue, white frothy saliva, post nasal drip and my scalloped tongue - I have developed a new symptom. My symptoms are always worse on the left hand side (lump feeling is always on the left, my tongue is more sore and irritated on the left etc), I have had the lymph node come up about
an inch behind my left ear (at the hairline). I had a gastroscopy done this past October which showed my hiatal hernia and inflammation from the LPR (but no growths or anything to be concerned about
). Does anyone else get this lymph node/gland come up when they are having severe inflammation in their throat/mouth? I have had LPR about
11 years (finally diagnosed about
5 years ago); but this lymph node is a new symptom for me. Just wondering if anyone else gets this?
Thank you 😊
Danielle
