Totally agree with Sharon that you should have a conversation with your doctor. Food getting stuck or difficulty swallowing were symptoms which first prompted me to get medical help. I was first diagnosed with reflux (LPR) and a few years later, after a full out food impaction and subsequent endoscopy/biopsy, Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EOE). EOE is sort of a non-traditional allergic reaction to one or more foods like wheat, dairy, soy, peanuts/tree nuts, fish/shellfish, and eggs. The eosinophils cause the esophagus to become inflamed and narrow. Not saying you have this, but worth researching and mentioning it to your doctor.
Also, check out the work of the two leading reflux specialists, Drs. Jonathan Aviv and Jamie Koufman. Both have books and YouTube videos.
