Its true!! Cayenne pepper is supposed to be very healing to the stomach! I know it sounds weird but my homeopathic dr recommends it even. Low carb is also a good idea.
I was told to avoid sugar, caffeine (even decaff coffee can cause problems!!), chocolate, high fat foods and tomato sauce.
Im also coming off of acid blockers. For some people, they can actually make things a whole lot worse!
