Pain after gastroscopy

Hi,

I had a gastroscopy 1 month ago and still have pain in my stomach and in my esophagus. I feel like huge stones would be there. The test showed a mild gastritis but I didn't have such pains before the test. It started 2 days after the gastroscopy. Doctor said nothing bad happened during the test and he doesn't know what is going on. I totally lost hope that the pain will go away... I read comments that people had the same pain even for 2-3 months after the gastroscopy but no later comments about how they feel since that, is the pain over or remained forever? If someone had the same problem, could you please give me some hope that it will go away and I can live again without pain? Thank you very much!

I had a gastroscopy a month ago and I am still in pain in my stomach and esophagus, just like you!

Did you get better? Did the Dr have to run some tests to find out the problem? My Dr asked me to do a CT Scan with contrast to see what is the problem. I am praying that it is nothing serious!
