Rushed to local emergency room twice in past six months. Did not find cardiac involvement, and diagnosed acid reflux. On omeprazole, it helps, but still get burning in chest when I walk too fast. Would you still see a heart doctor for further testing? I did, and he gave me an echocardiogram. NO other symptoms, just chest burning, but it always goes away when I rest. Does anyone else here have chest burning with acid reflux that happens alot when they walk but does not when they rest?
