I have been drinking vinegar for awhile and are no longer taking my meds. It really seems to be working.

What sort of vinegar is that Jas?
Apple Cider Vinegar?
What is your dosages like? How do you take them?

I'm on Apple Cider Vinegar and i only take them when i have alot of carbohydrates. My dosages is 2 tablespoons in a glass of water.
The other day at the store, i saw something called Grapefruit cider vinegar.

I buy it at the GNC, that is the only place in my town you can find it. It is raw apple cider vinegar. I put 2 or 3 tablespoons in 6 oz glass of water 2 times a day. Make sure you drink plenty of water after you take it. My 83 yrs old mother has been drinking it for years, she says it is a cure all.

Does it matter what kind of Apple Cidar vinegar you drink?  Ive tried the regular store bought stuff and it just seems to make me sick!

You need to buy only raw apple cider vinegar. Go to a GNC or vitamin store. Store bought (unless is says raw) is not the same.
