Nissen Fundoplication with Barretts.

Hi everyone, it's been a while, hope all is good for everyone.

I had an annual endoscopy yesterday and I'm worried and anxious awaiting the results. The endoscopy had shown a small stricture had returned but my swallowing as been ok since my last endoscopy and the doctor offered a dilation if I needed it.

I had 17 biopsies taken the doctor said on my report that the stomach and Duodenum were both normal and the barretts was stable and uninflamed, also the Nissen Fundoplication wrap appeared intact.

He said my results would return in a few weeks but I had a panic attack reading GOF at 38cm as I don't know what it means even though I asked the doctor if everything was ok, and he said nothing stands out as it was routine barretts survailance.

but my anxiety is through the roof.

He did say that he couldn't see anything on the endoscopy but panicking at GOF.

I assume Stable and uninflamed Barrett's is a good thing though.
