My gallbladder might be causing my problems with my right sided pain and back pain.  This friday I had some test ran on my gallbladder because it may have a problem.  I do know that UC/Crohns people are more likely to have problems with there gallbladder.  Has anyone?  Or could some others share their stories.  I don't think its even needed?

Hi...hope this helps.  Look up gallbladder on the internet.  You have a right to know what your results (of your gallbladder exam) are. 

My story was that I had a spasm and they sent me for an ulcer sound.  I was amazed to find out how many are without their gallbladder.  This does not necessarily mean you have chrones or colitis.

In my case I have a small polyp in my gallbladder. devil Naturally my wonderful GI doctor wants to take it out.  He would make more money that way.  Explaining reflux disease would not be as lucrative.

Well I was diag. with UC last july but now I am thinking maybe my gallbladder was the problem also.  Well time will tell.  Hope I dont have to have it removed.

Gee Jennifer that does not sound right. Didn't they need your permission to get your gall bladder out?

My regular doc wants to recheck the gall bladder on September 27th for another ultra sound. Then I will see him on October 12.
