i have acid indegstion but i'm on the protonix again it seems to help with the burning in my throat but my stomach still bothers me in there. i wake up in the morning with a burning nausae feeling and alot of gas on me as well is anyone else doing this and what helps you get through that?

Hi there. I am wondering have you tried taking a liquid antacid before bed? That might help you feel better upon waking up. Just a suggestion. Good luck on the continuing journey to quitting smoking...I know how hard that is! Wishing you the best.

no i havent tried any liquid antacids, i'm just wondering if maybe this could be an ulcer or something i just want it to stopp :(

For the stomach gas, try Phazyme. Also, I agree..the liquid antacid should help with the acid burn.
