I have a terrible choking problem from the LPR I experience...
I have never tried speech therapy to help this problem...
Does anyone know if it can be affective?

Friendlygal,
My ENT sent me to a Voice Clinic as followup for her diagnosis of LPR. I had some muscle imbalance between right and left sides of my throat, and she thought they'd be able to help me train myself to use my throat muscles differently. As it turned out, the voice specialists don't think it's severe enough to merit the voice therapy.
Just thought I'd share with you that I was at least recommended to pursue it by my doc, so obviously she thinks it can be effective.
