I'm confused with my symptoms. Anyone help please?

So for 3 years ive been diagnosed with GERD. Throughout this time period Ive had heartburn maybe 5 times. My symptoms for the most part have changed but here it goes. Random nausea(this has dimished a lot). Indigestion with or without eating anything. Always get indigestion after physical exertion like lifting weights. Random shortness of breath like anxiety attacks, that are relieved by belching. That is the most recent.

Also chronic fatigue, for about 6 years now and it gets worse every month. All the PPIs ive taken have not helped, nexium, protonix, zegrid, zantac ect.

Ive done just about every test a gastro doc can give and all i get is duodenal and stomach inflammation and possible barrets but the biopsy was normal.

Can this be something else? Food does like nothing for me, I eat sugar it is hit or miss. Only thing that helps me food wise is grapefruit. I eat this and it seems to help somewhat, but not with the fatigue.

My last endoscopy was end of May of this year. As for bloodwork Ive had tests done but never seen the results myself. I was negative for celiac and they said everything else was in normal range, but what i'm guessing even if it was .1 into normal range they would still say it's normal.
