Loud Stomach and Intestinal Gurgling After Nissen

Hi Fellow Nissen Travelers,
I've started getting a lot more loud gurgling in my stomach and intestines. Sometimes you can hear it across the room! Any tips for dealing with it? Would taking Gas-X help? Do I expect this to be a long-term consequence, or will it resolve in time. I don't seem to be burping as regularly as I did early on. That might be part of it. Also, I tend to get gastritis very easily, and my stomach is very sensitive. I was wondering if it was related to that.
Suggestions and experiences?

No, it isn't painful at all. Just embarassing! I went to a meeting yesterday afternoon, and it was so loud that one of the people offered me a bag of pretzels, because he thought I was that hungry!
