Hi Bea,
I'd go with Bill's recommendation for anti nausea drugs. The Zofran is great for if you should get a stomach virus, but my guess is that Bill's idea is best for the kind of nausea you're describing. You might want a few Zofran on hand, though, just in case. It's used for cancer treatments, so it's powerful, I'm sure. Since I've not yet had a reason to use the nausea drugs (knock on wood), I can't speak with authority, but Bill can!
Bea, you won't have a lower stomach capacity forever. My guess is that you got a bit frisky with your eating
and your stomach took a bit of a hit. It'll heal, and you'll be right back to eating all that fun stuff. Don't worry. It's normal! My stomach still gets upset with me sometimes. They say it takes a full year for the entire healing process. Give yourself some time! You'll be just fine.
We're putting our house on the market Aug. 9, so the race is on. We've made great progress, so that's good, but yikes, our garage is packed full of stuff! Wish us luck! Of course, if it does sell right away, that means we'll be homeless, and will need a place to live for a bit. Plus, when the townhouse gets finished and we move in, I'll be going from a 5 minute commute to an hour commute! That'll be interesting. I do have lots of friends who could put me up in snowy weather, so I'm not too worried about
that. Will just have to keep a change of clothes in the car!
Have a great day, Bea and Bill!
Denise
