my nissen fundo is stuffed after a month

Its nice to look back on past posts and see just how far we have come! Talkin about suicide etc wow only a few weeks ago.This evening i had a lovely roast dinner then took pooch up the beach for a walk in this beautiful weather we are having.Man life can change and if anyone is in very early recovery it WILL get better believe me.Im still regurgitating food now and then but hey im stll alive and have heaps more energy not as tired as before op.The regurg food will sort itself out with tests and if a redo is in order well thats another day down the track.Life is too short to worry about that.Im off all acid reducing pills.Off all pills fullstop yeeeehar.heal well my friends off to bed its midnight.....

Cowboy its awsome that your body has come around the way it has. I'm sure you have done a lot of thinking, as I have, and have found that your mood does alter your body.

A roast? Had to rub it in huh?..LOL!

I was really worried for you when you were going through the pain you were in a few weeks back. You were very desperit for relief and some times we hurt our selfs more when despiration sets in. But now to hear that you are enjoying life and even walking the dog along a beautiful beach is awsome. Keep up that great attitude.

I all wasy try to keep in mind that there are people out there suffering with much more painfull and even life ending illness, but some how they still find the will to go on. When I think about it that way, we have it good.

I'm so glad that you're doing better. The healing process is just that--a PROCESS! It takes its own time, and there are definitely ups and downs. So glad that things have settled down, and you've found some peace and comfort! A roast! What a milestone!

I'm happy you joined us here so we could walk you through some of those rough patches. We've all been there--not sure whether we've damaged our wrap. My worry was was my asthmatic coughing that was extreme for the first two months after surgery. I was sure I'd destroyed the hernia repair. So far so good, though, and my asthma has turned completely around, once it had a chance to heal after surgery.

Thanks for staying around. I'm sure that your experiences will help some other Nissen "traveler"!
