Hi Bill,
We'll be walking around a bit, getting something to eat, taking lots of pictures, and leaving at about
4 or so.
I was thinking about
you and your diabetes issue. Good thing you're getting it checked out and keeping on it. If you have a bit of a tendency, then those shots you're getting might be enough to set it off. I know the cortisone shots at the pain clinic are notorious for throwing sugar levels off.
I hope they can get to the bottom of that persistent pain issue you're dealing with.
Glad to hear you had steak! At least one thing is going the right way for you! Hang in there, friend. You'll get to the bottom of it.
I second Kitt's thoughts about
pushing yourself back to work. I know it's hard to stay out. My family doctor is a stickler for keeping me out when my health is at stake. He has no qualms about
keeping me out for weeks extra if he thinks it will help me to get healthier. As a teacher, I'm around lots of germs. As a teacher, I don't want to be out--I feel such a responsibility to my kids, but he is brutal. When I want to go back earlier than he thinks is safe, he won't have it.
Listen to your body and your docs. It's important to your healing.
Have a great day!
Denise
