Not sure if it Gastroparesis or something else

Hi. I'm 25 years old female. I been suffering bulimia for about 4-5years off and on.
Few weeks ago i found myself being uncomfortably full with the bloated stomach after a meal weather it is small or not. It made me want to throw up and i do end up throwing up... my friend told me i might have gastroparesis since im bulimic..also i have a weird spider vain (kind of dark colored and flat not sticking out) on my lower stomach...just i have no idea what is going wrong with me.
