Hi all.ive become constipated lately and im sure this is waking me up very early in the morn but then im not sure as i go in the morn first thing? and sore around wrap area.also after eating im burping up food with acid now.Any ideas.tar

I am wondering if you are on pain medications as they are notorious for causing constipation ?

I am wondering the same thing as Kitt. Also remember to drink plenty of water.

Also drink mineral oil mixed in water. You can take it up to two hours apart for a couple of days to help out.

Thanks all .My fluid intakes been quite down so drank abit today.Once we accept the surgery and the outcome our minds are renewed.Need to make that a promise for myself.I find biking good for bowel probs.Take care all....
