take meds in morning?

just wondering why you are supposed to take the meds in the mrning if theyd on't last all night? anyone take at night before bed?

It depends on how your physician orders the meds. I was taking my meds 2 times daily for several months, one in the morning and one in the evening.

I too was taking them twice a day. Once 30 minutes before breakfast and once 30 minutes before supper. If you can get them in 30 minutes before you eat they seem t work better.

I take mine first thing in the morning before I leave for work. It takes around an hour to get to work and then I eat breakfast at the office. I try to wait at least an hour to 1hr-1/2 after taking meds.
