So happy for all of you. Yes, eat small amounts just real often, every 2-3 hours. This will help with the feeling that something is in your back, that is gas. Walk and it will help it go away. I also at lots of oatmeal, the single serving size is about right and it fills you up.
Nothing that is carbonated to drink or you will really feel it. Wait at least 8 weeks to even try it.
Sounds like all of you had great surgeons, I truly beleive that makes all the difference.
To all, gas-x will be your best friend. It has been about 14 months since my surgery and that is still a problem, but I can live with that thanks to gas-x. They now have it in tiny capsule like things, I take 2 everytime I get the gas.
Talk to all of you tomorrow. It is great living without the reflux.
