Anne,
I know you always get it worse then we do here in the Twin Cities although we had enough over the holidays and now had nasty snow with the frigid weather in MN too.
I am so in need of the sunshine and warmth on my face. I have Raynauds Syndrome second degree to use of beta blocker for many years. Raynaud's is a disorder that affects the blood vessels in the fingers, toes, ears, and nose. This disorder is characterised by episodic attacks, called vasospastic attacks, that cause the blood vessels in the fingers and toes to constrict. For me an attack is usually triggered by exposure to cold and here I am in living in the tundra.
I use my husband's hand warmers and have to put one in each mitten to keep my fingers warm so they will function when I go out in this kind of weather.
Just a tid bit there......................hope you warm up soon.
Hugs
Kitt
