Serratus anterior muscle pain caused by GERD???

Has any bodybuilder experienced this pain not from heavy bench pressing but from GERD?

I'm not sure what part of the body this is?
I did get mid-sterum pains if food got stuck in my HH.

The serratus anterior is a muscle that originates on the surface of the upper eight or nine ribs at the side of the chest and inserts along the entire anterior length of the medial border of the scapula.
