Hi Tinlou,
Welcome to the GERD forum. Yes, your GERD can interfere with exercise. The biggest issue is that you need to exercise on an empty stomach. If you've eaten anything, it'll be sure to reflux into your esophagus, and you'll have heartburn and other symptoms.
No more exercising whenever you feel like it. Be sure that your stomach is empty, and see how that works.
If that's what you're already doing, then I don't have anything to offer!
