Hi Catlady,
I feel your pain! I remember sitting on the couch just recovering at that point! It's going to be a rough go for a while. You definitely need to limit your time at work for a while. That's a good plan.
Hang in there...get as much rest as possible when you get home.
Wish there was something we could do to help!

I see my Dr. on Friday again and think I will ask for a note - my boss would be understanding, however, we have a dress code so it's not really up to her and next Tuesday we have a client visit so I have a to get note to be able to wear something that is outside the dress code. Right now, just putting a soft cloth between my skin and my jeans and wearing very loose jeans but even that is uncomfortable. Since I will be working full-time next week, I need to be comfortable.

How about a loose fitting dress? No elastic at the waist?
