Apple Cider Vinegar (w/ mother)

I have used this and, together with PPI's, it cures my heartburn (PPI's alone do not).

However, it gives me a pain in my right abdomen which the doctors don't understand (and, after testing, say it is nothing).

Just wanted to throw this info out there. The pain I get isn't a usual side-effect, I haven't read about it before. so I imagine it is worth a shot for those of you struggling, like me, w/ gerd.

I always took 2 tablespoons (mixed with water!), right before meals. Make sure to drink water afterwards so the acid doesn't stay on your teeth/esophagus.

Have others found that ACV helped them?
